Shipping Policy

shippingTheWrenchStore.com proudly offers some of the most comprehensive shipping options available. We’ve partnered with only the best carriers to ensure that you will benefit from low shipping rates to the convenience of delivery right to your home.

Depending on the size and weight of the item(s) on your order, one of the following shipping methods will be used:

  1. Small Pack Delivery: Smaller to midsize items will be shipped using our UPS small pack service. Options for this service include: Standard Ground, 2nd day air, or Next day air. If you’ve ordered two or more items, you may receive your order in multiple boxes. Due to the variability of shipping locations, your order may be received on different days. There are no additional charges for split shipments.
  2. Standard Freight Delivery: Larger, heavier items, items of a fragile nature, or items containing regulated materials, will be delivered by a freight carrier. Standard freight service includes delivery of your order curbside only. Delivery of your merchandise inside your home is available using our White Glove Delivery Service. Standard freight delivery typically spans 5-7 business days.

    IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT FREIGHT DELIVERY! Carriers prefer to make the delivery with the person who originally placed the order, in the event that you would like some else to receive the delivery on your behalf, please contact our customer service, and we'll be glad to make that change for you. During the delivery process the carrier will require the merchandise to be signed for, and it is very important to inspect the delivery carton for any creases, tears, dents, or holes. Should any of these damages exist please write that information on the face of the delivery receipt. Failure to properly notate damages or shortages will waive our right to file a claim against the carrier on your behalf

Where can I have my order shipped?

We can ship anywhere within the United States (yup, all 50 states), as well as Canada. If you live outside of the United States or Canada please call us at (800) 375-3403 to place your order as we will need to generate a custom shipping quote based on the items you wish to order and where they are shipping to.

Shipping & Order Confirmations

Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email when your order has shipped. (You’ll receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments). Please save these email invoices for your records.

Shipping Rates

TheWrenchStore.com offers free shipping on all orders over $199.00 delivered by Standard Ground or orders over $1500.00 delivered by LTL, to the 48 contiguous states*. Free shipping offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any other international destination.

Shipping Backorders

We proudly boast excellent fill rates, but occasionally we must backorder or source inventory from multiple warehouses. This means that different parts of your order can come from various locations around the country.

If you order more than one item, we’ll make every effort to send available items together. In the event only some of the items in your order are available at a single location, we reserve the right to ship you multiple packages from multiple warehouses. If we elect to break your order into multiple packages, you will NOT incur any additional freight charges.

In the unlikely event we are unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and backorder the items which we were unable to ship. You will be notified via email of the estimated delivery date for your backordered items. You will NOT be charged any additional freight charges for items that are backordered.

Manufacturer Warranty

All of the products we sell come with their full-factory manufacturer warranty. Each product page has information about the manufacturer warranty and its terms. If you have a warranty inquiry on any item purchased from TheWrenchStore.com, we can assist in getting you more information as well as reaching the manufacturer directly.

Returns

returnsTheWrenchStore.com is the best place to buy products online. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order.

TheWrenchStore.com promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following return policy:

The following items may be returned for a refund*:

  • Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
     
  • Defective merchandise.**
     
  • Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.
     
  • Merchandise that has not been used or installed.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.

We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the misuse, or installation of wrong or defective parts. In addition we are not responsible for lost shipments. You must file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper.

  • Returns can only be made 30 days (60 days if defective) after receiving your product(s).
     
  • Exchanges can only be made 30 days after receiving your product(s); restocking fees will still apply.
     
  • All returns must be over $15 in total value.  Any return for less than this total amount may not be permitted.
     
  • Merchandise must have not been damaged in freight transit.
     
  • Some items TheWrenchStore.com sells are not available in our web catalog but can be purchased over the phone. If you purchase a special order item by contacting or calling our toll-free number it may not be returnable or may be subject to a higher restocking fee. When you call, a sales associate will notify you of any applicable return charges. If defective, you may only exchange these items for the same product.

General
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from TheWrenchStore.com or one of its affiliates. To receive a refund, all returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and defects.
You can also cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, and you will have to process a general return.

Returns Via Mail
Follow the simple directions below to make your return by mail:

  • Contact our returns department by telephone or web interface to process your return and receive an RGA (return goods authorization) number. Once you have set up your return by phone you will be e-mailed an RGA number within 5 business days. Along with this return number you will receive a ship-to address where you must send your merchandise to. Be sure to include your RGA number with your merchandise. This number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit. Note: If you return a product to us without a RGA number, your return could be subject to additional restocking fees.
     
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
     
  • We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse. 
     
  • You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. 
     
  • Items received past the return period plus reasonable shipping time may not be processed. Only items purchased from TheWrenchStore.com are eligible for return credit. Returned items must be shipped in the original product packaging. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should your return not be accepted. Items will be resent to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we are not contacted within 30 days.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of check via USPS.
